As General Manager Customer Experience and Engagement, Jeremy leads teams delivering AIA’s ambition of creating simpler, faster, and more connected experiences for Customers, Partners and Employees.
He is responsible for customer strategy/insights/research, customer experience design and delivery, enterprise digital strategy and delivery, customer retention, and customer marketing and engagement.
With an initial background in law, Jeremy has held diverse Executive Leadership roles in People and Culture, Operations, Product & Membership Services, Transformation & Innovation, Customer Strategy, Marketing and Digital.
These leadership roles have been across banking and financial services, insurance, member services, and industrial relations sectors. He is passionate about growing high performing and innovative teams, which shape customer culture and deliver impactful customer, commercial and strategic outcomes.
Prior to joining AIA, Jeremy has held key leadership roles at Metlife, TAL, and NRMA Motoring and Services.
